Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
Northstrike Robotics Inc. designs and manufactures dual-use and defense technologies. Certain products, technical data, and services offered by Northstrike are subject to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) under the Defence Production Act and the Export and Import Permits Act.

Export Restrictions
The transfer of technical data, hardware, or software to foreign nationals, foreign corporations, or foreign governments may require export permits issued by Global Affairs Canada. Northstrike rigorously vets all partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure full compliance with Canadian and Allied export regulations.

We reserve the right to request End-Use Certificates (EUC) and government-issued identification prior to the release of any technical specifications or hardware.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Sovereignty & Storage
Northstrike is committed to the principles of data sovereignty. All sensitive customer data, operational telemetry, and manufacturing logs are processed and stored exclusively on servers located within Canada or approved Five Eyes (FVEY) nations. We do not route data through jurisdictions that pose a national security risk.

2. Information Collection
We collect information necessary to facilitate business operations, regulatory compliance, and recruitment. This includes:

  • Identity Verification: Information required to screen against denied-party lists and ensure CGP compliance.

  • Operational Data: Technical inquiries regarding platform integration and mission requirements.

3. Use of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to third parties. Data is strictly used for:

  • Verifying eligibility to access Controlled Goods.

  • Processing orders and establishing technology partnerships.

  • Improving defense capability through R&D feedback loops.

4. Third-Party Disclosure
We may disclose information to government authorities (e.g., Public Services and Procurement Canada, Global Affairs Canada) solely when required by law to comply with export control regulations or national security audits.
